A technology based foods diet contains food that plops out of a box or can and is not nourishment, but most often generates internal pollution and toxic waste for the body to deal with. Food that does not nurture the body robs it of vitality. As the body struggles to digest it, these toxins lodge in the liver or in tissue as a xenotoxin or internal pollutant.
