No one likes dry skin. As winter approaches, skin care must be reinforced to avoid that feeling. Here are some tips to help you keep your skin healthy and looking good:
-long, hot baths might feel good for the soul, but not for your skin. The best choice is to take a quick, warm to cold shower, reducing the amount of soap to be used (our body fabricates fat to cover our skin, as a natural protection);
-this is the best time to exfoliate knees, elbows and feet to avoid thick, dry skin;
-cold weather may take us to eat greasy food, so be careful not to leave fruit and vegetables behind;
-don’t forget to use sunblocker! UV rays hit our skin just as bad as during the warmer seasons!
